4. Fees and Payment

Fees are as set out in our written quotation or engagement terms. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

All drawings, reports, and documentation remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Website content is owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the relevant services or the cost of having them resupplied. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
